Verification Process: Schedule qualified appointments with potential customers for our sales team, with all appointments subject to verification and approval by the management team.

Performance Goals and Tracking: Meet and exceed daily and weekly call volume and appointment setting goals.
Adhere to all company scripts and communication guidelines.
Participate in ongoing training programs to refine communication skills, product knowledge, and appointment setting techniques.
Utilize a CRM system to accurately note call details, customer interactions, and appointment scheduling information.
